MAISA - GELN SOCIAL STUDIES LEADERSHIP NETWORK

Mission Statement: The GELN Social Studies Network is a statewide collaboration of leaders that seeks to advance K-12 social studies across Michigan.  We learn together in order to provide high-quality, evidence-based professional learning and resources to educators and advocate for systems that adequately support social studies instruction.


Vision: Empowering social studies educators to equip Michigan students to be creative, active, informed, and ethical citizens.
